Country Club Muffins
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Cups Walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 4 Eggs
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1¼ Cups Flour
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- ¼ Cup Butter, melted
- Mix in order and fill greased and floured mini muffin tins to ½ full.
- Bake at 300° for 20 minutes or until test done.

Timesaver Tip: Below is a great non-stick muffin pan for 24 muffins. This is very similar to the one that I use. I purchased 2 pans so that I can cook all 48 muffins in one batch. It is such a timesaver!
