This was one of our lessons in Bible Study last week and I decided to create something to remind me of this truth! I think sometimes we get this backwards. Every day I should go to Him because He is faithful. Am I faithfully praying for my family? my church? my spouse? my community? my friends? my co-workers? my school?

What I love is that she wanted to give her first project away! I hope she will remember these moments like I know I will! A few takeaways from today. 1. Itās the little things that matter. I didnāt have to do anything elaborate or expensive to make a memory. 2. Time is a precious commodity in the life of a child! I love this room! Itās one of the things that sold me on the house. I always imagined the big gatherings we could have with family and friends and it hasnāt disappointed. This table has been a wonderful addition and we completed it today with the upholstered chairs.

Thereās nothing more special than looking at life through the eyes of a child! We finally got some snow yesterday and our little E was overjoyed to see it falling! She is also rocking the adorable ābed head hairā! It never looks as cute on me as it does on her! šš„°
I am really drawn to the vintage, industrial look and when I find things like this antique furniture factory cart I get super excited! We sanded and stained it and it makes a great, unique coffee table! You can find these new, but I love the charm of the real thing! Plus it was ALOT cheaper! We also took an old door, added some legs and glass and came up with a one of kind desk for my office. The bookshelf behind the desk was originally intended to be an entry cart for coats but we just made our own shelves and turned it into an industrial cart/bookcase.
The answer to this question is a resounding āYESā! This is one of my favorite verses of scripture. A romantic story of an unlikely young woman, with the anointing of Almighty God on her life. Nothing could stop His plan of redemption. He would work through a willing heart and she said āyes.ā Throughout history, God has moved and used servant hearted souls that humbly said yes to Him to accomplish His will and His perfect purpose. It wasnāt because of their great wealth, or beauty, or status, or education, or location, or strength, or well you get the pointā¦. It was in spite of those things that he used them! It was because they said YES!

I didnāt get to share this during the holidays so we will say itās for Valentines! (Just ignore the Christmas pillows in the backgroundš) I have a new hobby and I am loving it! These hand-knitted blankets are so much fun to make and super easy. I just had to make a red one to go on my bed. Itās soft and snuggly, but I mainly love that itās something I made. ā¤ļøš¤

I love fall most of all! This year I got a little excited about all of the different pumpkins. I just couldnāt resist, but I think it was worth it! Swipe over to see how cozy they look at night with the fairy lights! I catch myself coming home and sitting down on my steps to just relax. Today I almost got into a fight with squirrel over those pumpkins. It was an old fashioned, Old West stare down! Got any good hints for keeping squirrels out of your pumpkins? I have sprayed mine with clear varnish. But that silly squirrel found the one I hadnāt sprayed. šæš¤¦āāļø
