Part 1- 5 Steps to Achieving Goals
Calling all procrastinators! Raise your hand! Maybe both hands and feet! Trust me, I am preaching to the choir in this post. The reason I created this S.T.A.R.T. plan was because I NEEDED IT! There. I said it. I needed help finishing MY projects and reaching my goals. I still do!

The first step in accomplishing my goals and projects had to be successful goal-setting and organization. Ugh! Definitely not my natural inclination. You see, I wanted to lose 50 lbs. I wanted to finish a degree. I wanted to remodel my kitchen. But, somehow I would get started and then my enthusiasm and motivation would fizzle out.
