One of my favorite seasons is finally here! I pulled out my fall decorations this past weekend for my porch and I have started sprinkling little bits of fall everywhere. This was one of our lessons in Bible Study last we This was one of our lessons in Bible Study last week and I decided to create something to remind me of this truth! I think sometimes we get this backwards. Every day I should go to Him because He is faithful. Am I faithfully praying for my family? my church? my spouse? my community? my friends? my co-workers? my school? My husband(and pastor🥰)challenged us to spend 15 minutes alone with the Lord every day this week reading his word and listening to God's voice. Let's take that challenge and see what God can do in our lives! #prayer #prayingwoman #prayforfamily #godisfaithful #biblestudymoments #quiettime

“Big love happens in the small moments!” What “Big love happens in the small moments!” What a special day with my oldest grand! Teaching her how to sew with her first projects-pot holder and a skirt! What I love is that she wanted to give her first project away! I hope she will remember these moments like I know I will! A few takeaways from today. 1. It’s the little things that matter. I didn’t have to do anything elaborate or expensive to make a memory. 2. Time is a precious commodity in the life of a child! Spending focused time today was priceless! #harvestinghome #myharvestinghome #sewinglessons #teachingkidstosew #craftsforkids #sewing #sewingproject

The answer to this question is a resounding “YES The answer to this question is a resounding “YES”! This is one of my favorite verses of scripture. A romantic story of an unlikely young woman, with the anointing of Almighty God on her life. Nothing could stop His plan of redemption. He would work through a willing heart and she said “yes.” Throughout history, God has moved and used servant hearted souls that humbly said yes to Him to accomplish His will and His perfect purpose. It wasn’t because of their great wealth, or beauty, or status, or education, or location, or strength, or well you get the point…. It was in spite of those things that he used them! I didn’t get to share this during the holidays s I didn’t get to share this during the holidays so we will say it’s for Valentines! (Just ignore the Christmas pillows in the background😉) I have a new hobby and I am loving it! These hand-knitted blankets are so much fun to make and super easy. I just had to make a red one to go on my bed. It’s soft and snuggly, but I mainly love that it’s something I made. ❤️🤗
