Creamy, Corn Casserole

A southern favorite that will satisfy your craving for some good down home cooking. This creamy, corn casserole is a Sunday favorite that will have your guests cleaning their plates.

  • 1 Can Creamed Corn
  • 1 Can Whole corn, drained
  • ¾ Cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • ½ stick margarine or butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste (optional)


  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Mix flour with creamed corn and whole corn.
  • Heat milk, margarine, sugar until margarine is melted and sugar has dissolved.
  • Add the milk mixture to the corn.
  • Add beaten eggs to the mixture and stir to combine.
  • Pour into greased casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes until center is set and casserole is slightly browned.
  • *Double the recipe for a 9x13 size casserole.
