Creamy, Corn Casserole
A southern favorite that will satisfy your craving for some good down home cooking. This creamy, corn casserole is a Sunday favorite that will have your guests cleaning their plates.
- 1 Can Creamed Corn
- 1 Can Whole corn, drained
- ¾ Cup Milk
- 4 tbsp flour
- ½ stick margarine or butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix flour with creamed corn and whole corn.
Heat milk, margarine, sugar until margarine is melted and sugar has dissolved.
Add the milk mixture to the corn.
Add beaten eggs to the mixture and stir to combine.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes until center is set and casserole is slightly browned.
*Double the recipe for a 9x13 size casserole.
