Grandmother's Rice Pudding

This recipe will bring back all the memories of your grandmother's kitchen with the aroma of vanilla and cinnamon filling your kitchen. This traditional rice pudding is all the things you remember and more! It is rich, creamy and a definite comfort food.
Servings 6


  • 3 cups Cooked rice
  • 3 Beaten eggs
  • 2 tsps Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Melted Oleo(butter)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • To cooked rice add: eggs, vanilla, sugar, milk, butter
  • Lightly grease a casserole dish.
  • Pour mixture in casserole dish. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top of the mixture and bake approximately 50 minutes. It should be golden brown on top.
